The Perdana Fellows Programme (PFP) is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Malaysia’s emerging leaders, under 30 to work with the Cabinet Ministers of Malaysia to contribute to nation-building.
As a Perdana Fellow you will be serving as an aide to a Cabinet Minister of Malaysia where you will assist him or her and senior officials in planning and executing government policy as well as adding value to the existing programmes.
As leaders of your generation, you will be expected to contribute bold and new ideas to your respective ministries and also act as a bridge between your generation and the government.
Initiated by the Ministry of Youth and Sports under The Honourable Khairy Jamaluddin in 2013, the programme has seen two successful batches of Perdana Fellows. Through PFP, the Government is steadfast and committed to providing a platform for young leaders to serve the country at the highest level of government.
